The newly constructed Ranagård care home prioritized the comfort and well-being of residents, their families, and staff, aiming to meet their needs while maintaining hygiene standards. Collaborating with Kinnarps, the interior design focused on functionality and aesthetics, incorporating removable and washable upholstery for hygiene, and selecting tactile materials and earthy colors to create a cozy atmosphere. Ergonomic furniture with smart functions was chosen to enhance comfort for residents and staff. The involvement of Ranagård staff and Halmstad Municipality ensured a modern and welcoming environment, with a vision for a homely space that accommodates pets.
